Westfield, MA -- The Westfield State Men's club hockey team opens up their Spring semester against crosstown rivals Springfield College on Friday night. The Owls have three conference games left on their schedule and are in a battle with Bridgewater State for the 4th and final playoff spot. The Owls have not made the playoffs since 2013 when they lost to Sacred Heart University in the NECHA Finals.
Westfield will host Senior Night on Sunday afternoon at 3 pm. Connor Sweeney, Pat O'Neil, Kris Houda and Nick Sibilia will all be honored before their game againt the UConn Huskies.
